Fabricating The Cone
The cone was manufactured using a Haas TL-1 triple axis Minimill. In order to achieve the detailed etching around the cone a hex collet and several tools were used.

The ice cream was manufactured using a Haas TL-1 triple axis Minimill. In order to achieve the precise complex geometry of the ice cream multiple configurations, fixtures, and tools were used.

Unfortunately, this project is currently incomplete due to COVID-19 restrictions. As soon as it is safe to do so this project will be sanded, polished, and anodized.
